Custom Crush:
- Competitive crush rates.
- Our fermentation tanks can accommodate a wide range of lot and total program sizes: white fermenters range from 1,900 – 20,000 gallons, red fermenters from 1,900 to 15,600 gallons.
- The 15,600-gallon red fermenters are 1:1 height-to-width ratio making them perfect for high volume, high-quality red programs.
- No bulk wine storage fees through January of the crush year. Flat rate daily storage fees billed at the end of the month thereafter.
Custom Bottling:
- Custom bottling for cork and screwcap 750ml bottles. Price breaks start at 6,000+ 9l case runs.
Certifications:
- Certified organic handler for both USDA no added sulfate wines and Made with Organic (MWOG) wines.
- Demeter certified for Biodynamic wine making.
- Certified California Sustainable Winery (CCSW).
- Third party certified for Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
