Nova Perrill brings extensive custom crush and production winemaking experience to Mendocino Wine Company. Over the course of his career, he has held winemaking roles at respected California wineries including Mount Eden Vineyards, Dry Creek Vineyard, and Foppiano Vineyards, where he served as Head Winemaker and later Director of Winemaking for more than a decade. Known for his collaborative approach and strong technical foundation, Nova works closely with clients to craft expressive, high-quality wines across a range of varietals and production programs. Nova holds a B.S. in Ecology and Systematic Biology and completed graduate coursework in Crop Science with a concentration in Viticulture and Enology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

A third-generation vintner with deep roots in California’s North Coast, Tyler brings extensive experience in vineyard investment, real estate development, and strategic operations. With a strong track record of operational excellence, value creation and a deep industry network, Tyler is focused on aligning business development with client success—streamlining operations, elevating the customer experience, and driving customer profitability and diversification. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

A second-generation vintner, Chase has led Mendocino Wine Company (MWC) since 2018, driving the company toward sustainable and regenerative practices. Under his leadership, MWC has maintained its reputation for producing exceptional wines while actively contributing to the Mendocino County ecosystem and community. Prior to joining MWC’s sales and marketing team in 2012, Chase held brand management roles at Del Monte Foods and Nestlé USA from 2008 to 2012. A Marin County native, Chase holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Pitzer College and an MBA from the Drucker School of Management.
